Mario Kart 64 is the second game in the series and the first game to feature a full 3D gameplay. The game has an assortment of powerups and characters with a cool Mario vibe. Each character has their own unique traits and set of attributes that will affect the gameplay. Sadly, Mario Kart isn’t on PC. You see Nintendo is Nintendo and its first-party IPs stay on its first-party platforms, with precious few exceptions. So unless you’ve got a Switch or one of.
Anyone know if there are any fun, easy to get into racing games ala Mario Kart on the PC? Something that supports local co-op / split screen. Thanks for the help. Looking for something to play with the missus.

Had a brief look at Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed and that looks quite good. Anybody played this?

Anyway, you need look no further than the two Sonic Racing games. The second is IMO less of a typical cart racer and more like an arcade racer of old. Both are great though. Registered 9 years agoSo last week I managed to finally get hold of Sonic Racing Transformed from HMV for £8. Damn this game is good!
I was put off by the price before but now i wish I had just got it as it's totally worth it. Already about 15 hours or so in, maybe more and still loving it.
